Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oatmeal

Tiktok made blended baked oats go viral and they really do taste like healthy cake you can have for breakfast.

½ cup rolled oats
¼ milk of your choice
½ ripe banana
1 large egg
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
1-2 Tbsp chocolate chips

Add all of the ingredients, except walnuts and chocolate chips, to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into a microwave-safe bowl, lightly sprayed with cooking spray to help the oats not stick. Top with walnuts and chocolate chips and cook in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the middle of the oatmeal is fully cooked.
