Whipped Ranch Cottage Cheese Dip

You only need two ingredients to make this incredibly tasty dip. Serve it with your favorite vegetables and chips for an instant party snack, or use it as a spread on your next wrap or sandwich.

2 cups cottage cheese, preferably no-salt-added
1 1-ounce packet dry ranch dip mix or 2 ½ tablespoons dry ranch seasoning blend
Peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and chips for serving

1. Blend cottage cheese and ranch dip mix in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve with peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and chips as desired.
